Capogrossi
Capogrossi
The most recent chapter in a family history spanning over a hundred years
begins in Fiumicino, with the great-grandfather of chef Andrea Bernardi and the recipes of
his grandmother Filomena.
The gastronomic proposal, a fusion of past and present, is led by the stellar duo
of chefs Andrea Bernardi and Chilean Fernanda Fuentes. The talent of this duo has
been recognized with a Michelin Star for their work at the NUB restaurant in the Canary
Islands. Daily execution in the kitchen is handled by chef Mauricio Jofré, who focuses
on traditional recipes.
Capogrossi's menu is a testament to its philosophy. Authenticity is perceived in every
bite, from antipasti prepared with local products to risottos,
meats, and seafood options. For dessert, the experience culminates with Tiramisu,
theatrically prepared tableside, transforming a classic into a memorable spectacle.
The restaurant's ambiance, with its beautiful terrace and spacious dining room, is an ode to art and
elegance. A fresco painted on the ceiling evokes Italian heritage, while the open kitchen
allows diners to immerse themselves in the magic of the culinary process.
