The Brasserie del Parque Forestal is located in the Castillo Forestal, built in 1910 by Álvaro Casanova Zenteno and inaugurated for the Centenary of Chile. Since 2014, the "Castillito del Parque" (little castle in the park) was given new life with the concept of a French Brasserie, using Chilean gastronomic ingredients and typical French recipes. Today, the Castle is classified as a National Heritage site.
Our cuisine is characterized by a wide variety of classic French recipes. At Castillo Forestal, we want you to feel like you're in a real French Brasserie, where you can taste classic "escargots" or "boeuf bourguignon" or even "crêpes suzettes" prepared and flambéed à la minute!
