Diablo Vino & Fuego

Diablo Vino & Fuego

Diablo Vino & Fuego, opened its doors in January 2025 as a joint venture between Viña Concha y Toro and the gastronomic entrepreneurs Katherine Hidalgo and Jerome Reynes, from the Melting Cook group.

Diablo Vino & Fuego was founded with a clear conviction: to democratize wine and remove it from the solemn place it often occupies. The idea was for wine to be the backbone of the experience, but from a perspective of enjoyment, playfulness, and connection with author's cuisine inspired by fire.

Diablo aims to bring wine closer to new generations, and to do so, it offers an innovative way to experience the moment of choosing wine: With a wall of wine dispensers that houses almost 40 options of wines by the glass, which you can choose in different sizes; 50-100 and 150cc.

It also offers the house wine in a bag-in-box format served in carafes, which, in addition to being a revolutionary way to reduce the carbon footprint, allows for a more casual approach to wine at a lower cost.

Its wine list invites small producers, who rotate every 6 months, allowing them to showcase new voices that make Chilean wine an increasingly interesting scene.

At Diablo: It's not just about serving wine; it's about activating exploration, democratizing access, and restoring wine's dimension of play and discovery.

The gastronomic proposal is inspired by fire and at the mercy of wine, where it is possible to find not only meats, but also vegetables, fish, and seafood cooked over fire.

Located in the heart of MUT (Mercado Urbano Tobalaba), with an informal atmosphere, it has a large cocktail bar, terraces, and balconies with the best views of the city.
